All Sales Final
We specialize in vintage, used, and collectible drum gear. Due to the unique nature of these items, all sales of used and vintage products are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than documented shipping damage.
Brand New Merchandise
We accept returns on brand new (non-vintage/used) merchandise within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and safe packaging.

A restocking fee may apply in some cases.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Inspection & Condition

All items are tested, photographed, and documented before shipment.

Buyer is responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions, and condition reports prior to purchase.

Vintage and used items may have cosmetic wear consistent with age; this is not considered damage and is not eligible for return.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damage and all original packaging materials.

We will handle the claim with the carrier.
